CHANGING INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS

When you pay an Internet Service Provider (ISP), they provide you
with one or more email addresses, for your use. The ISP 'owns'
those addresses, and maintains the services to support them.

When you leave an ISP, you no longer have access to your old
email addresses, and need to begin using email addresses from
your new ISP. Of course, you can still maintain the old ISP
as long as you continue paying their monthly charge.

We have just launched a new and improved version of

When I started offering [another version of] a Web message
board for computing and Internet questions over 5 years ago,
I never dreamed it would grow to the resource it is today.

About 3 years ago, I joined forces with 2 colleagues and together

of service. You can also search by unit.

If you don't find who you're looking for, try the buddy boards.
Post the name of the person you are trying to find. You may not
find him or her but you may run into someone who knows their
contact information.

You have to register with military.com to use this service, but
it's free.
