Post it on Our Message Board. http://www.iteachyou.com Click Ask a Question >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> BACKUP OF DATA FILES ON YOUR SYSTEM Most people probably don't back up important files on their system because they aren't sure of which files are most critical and where these files are located. I've included detailed info about backing up data files on the following website: http://www.iteachyou.com/backup.htm GET HELP WITH WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, ACCESS, AND MORE In addition to checking a good book on the subject, you can get help in the following ways: a. Within Word (or other Office program), click HELP - MICROSOFT xxx HELP. (xxx = name of program you are using) b. If you are on the Internet, you can also get help by clicking HELP - OFFICE ON THE WEB. c. Post questions at http://www.iteachyou.com (click Ask a Question). PROBLEM OPENING EMAIL ATTACHMENT? Attachments are a challenge for everyone. Generally, when you double-click on the file and can't open it, it's because you don't have a program installed on your computer that can read/display/play the particular format of the Attachment. I'd suggest you ask the sender what type of file s/he sent and then try opening the file WITHIN a specific program that is designed to open that format of file. For example, if the file is something.wpd, which makes it a WordPerfect file, it likely could be opened within MSWord. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Got a question? Bits and Bytes of Humor HOW MANY DOGS DOES IT TAKE TO CHANGE A LIGHT BULB? Golden Retriever - The sun is shining, the day is young, we've got our whole lives ahead of us, and you're inside worrying about a stupid burned out bulb? Border Collie - Just one. And then I'll replace any wiring that's not up to code. Dachshund - You know I can't reach that stupid lamp! Rottweiler - Make me. Lab - Oh, me, me!!!!! Pleeeeeeeeeze let me change the light bulb! Can I? Can I? Huh? Huh? Huh? Can I? German Shepherd - I'll change it as soon as I've led these people from the dark, checked to make sure I haven't missed any, and make just one more perimeter patrol to see that no one has tried to take advantage of the situation. Maltese - Let the Border Collie do it. You can feed me while he's busy. Jack Russell Terrier - I'll just pop it in while I'm bouncing off the walls and furniture. Poodle - I'll just blow in the Border Collie's ear and he'll do it. By the time he finishes rewiring the house, my nails will be dry. Cocker Spaniel - Why change it? I can still pee on the carpet in the dark. Doberman - While it's dark, I'm going to sleep on the couch. Boxer - Who cares? I can still play with my squeaky toys in the dark... Chihuahua - Yo quiero Taco Bulb Irish Wolfhound - Can somebody else do it? I've got this hangover... Pointer - I see it, there it is. There it is, right there.... Greyhound - It isn't moving.
