Tips and Tricks TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF RECENTLY-OPENED DOCUMENTS IN WORD, EXCEL AND POWERPOINT You have probably noticed at the bottom of the FILE pull-down menu a list of 4 documents that you worked on in that particular program. If these documents are still located in the same place, you can click on them and branch directly to them. You can easily expand this list to 9 documents by doing the following: - Click TOOLS-OPTIONS. - Click the General tab. - Change number in Recently Used File List box from 4 to 9. - Click OK. Note: You will see an increase in the number of documents displayed only after you open additional documents in the future. 4 . . .
